Get Licensed for California Real Estate
To become a California salesperson you must take three 45-hour courses to qualify for a license. Our silver and gold salesperson prelicense packages include exam prep, test simulators, and instructor support to help you pass the California licensing exam.
California Real Estate Broker License
You need two years of experience as a salesperson to qualify for a broker license. A broker must complete five 45-hour courses in addition to the required salesperson courses. If you have taken our salesperson license training package, then our broker license training package will have everything you need.
