Cynthia Fisher is a third generation California REALTOR®. She was born and raised on the Central Coast in a family of real estate sales and development professionals. She is an Agriculture Specialist conveying her expertise to provide you with sound evaluations for everything from crop production to marketing services. Cynthia offers a unique expertise with detailed contractual knowledge. She is a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo School of Agriculture. Since the early 1990’s she has worked consulting and represented agriculture properties including vineyards, cattle and horse ranches, many of which are large commercial operations throughout the United States.

I utilize an intimate working knowledge of the local area, residents, businesses and government agencies for consultation and since 2005, to successfully represent Buyers and Sellers of real estate in SLO County. From 2007 through 2012, I served as Paso Robles’ State Director to C.A.R. and as the Co-Chairman of C.A.R.’s Housing Affordability Fund. I was elected as the 2012 President of the Paso Robles Association of REALTORS®.  I have been a member of the Paso Robles City Council’s Medical Marijuana Task Force and the Council’s Housing Constraints and Opportunities Committee. I currently serve as an elected trustee on the Paso Robles School Board and as a liaison to the Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association.  I have called Paso Robles home since 1989. I go to great lengths to preserve this special quality of life found nowhere else in the world.
